Alabamalegals.com is a database of public notices published in Alabama newspapers. This is a combined effort by the Alabama Press Association and the newspapers of Alabama to make it as convenient as possible for the public to access legal notices that are published in Alabama newspapers. While this site does not yet have every eligible newspaper participating, we are working toward that goal. See the list of currently participating newspapers and the counties they cover above.

The public notices posted on this site are for your reference. All notices are legally required to be published first in a printed newspaper in accordance with the Code of Alabama.
